The October monthly challenge is – Interesting Fungi
The next monthly challenge for October is ‘Interesting Fungi’. As the autumn continues to arrive, woodlands are becoming full of varied and beautiful fungi, and there is lots of opportunity to capture stunning high-quality images in lovely, if sometimes challenging, lighting conditions and locations. Please submit your ‘Interesting Fungi’ images by emailing them to email@example.com until the closing date of 31.10.16. These should be prepared in the same format as the PDIs for assessments and trophies to a maximum size of 1400 x 1050 pixels in either dimension. Please also follow the same naming convention as used for the assessments and trophies.
I look forward to receiving your images and will upload them to Flickr as I receive them. You will be able to view them at https://www.flickr.com/photos/romseyviewfinders or alternatively via the link in the ‘Gallery’ tab on the Viewfinders of Romsey website. Don’t forget if you have a Flickr account you will be able to participate further as you can ‘fave’ the ones you like best and post comments, so why not consider setting up your own account if you don’t already have one? Alternatively, if you don’t have a Flickr account you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of images you would like to ‘fave’ and these can also then be taken into account. All the images from the previous months’ challenges are also still available to view there, too.
