Viewfinders Exhibition of Members’ Work – 8th-16th July 2017 at King John’s House, Romsey
The Viewfinders annual exhibition takes place this year between 8th and 16th July, and, once again, will be located at King John’s House in Romsey. The chance to display work at this well-established exhibition is open to all members of Viewfinders – either as mounted prints displayed on display boards or digital images shown on a laptop. Members wishing to exhibit work should email firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday 23rd June, submitting images in the usual assessment format, and including a PDI for prints as well. All members may enter a maximum of 4 prints and/or 6 PDIs for an overall fee of £5.00. Prints will be collected at the club meetings on Tuesday 27th June and Tuesday 4th July, and all monies owed must be paid by 4th July to qualify for inclusion.
We will also need to set up a rota of stewards to be on-hand each day or part day of the exhibition. So if you feel that you can help out in this way it would be very much appreciated. Please add your name to the rota forms or contact Lynn email@example.com to put your name down, even if you are not exhibiting.
There will be an Opening Evening on Friday 7th July, where drinks and nibbles will be served at a preview of the exhibition. All exhibitors and stewards are automatically invited to this evening, but it is open to all members wishing to attend for a small fee of £2.00.
