Assessment Evening

We had an interesting second assessment evening of the season last night, with the very experienced judge, Glyn Edmunds, coming along to assess our images. He was extremely impressed with the standard of photography presented, and he awarded a generous number of 10s both in the primary and advanced classes. Well done to all members who received them.

Prints – Primary
Len Curtis – Robin
PDI – Primary
Alison Johnston – Haze
Harry Borgerson – Frank the Tank
Stephen Cooper – Frost on a Car
Steve Lobley – Blue Poppy
Ben Sasson – View of Durdle Door

Prints – Advanced
Betty Rackham – Quiet Time
Stuart Bennett – In or Out
Chris Maidens – Boxing Day Mist
Andrew Greenwood – Lighting the Way
PDI – Advanced

Of particular note, however, were the 10s awarded in the PDI Primary Class to Harry Borgerson for his image Frank the Tank and Steve Lobley for his Blue Poppy, as these two members have now attained the correct scores to allow them to move up into the Advanced Class. In addition, Ian Whatmore also received the last mark he required to take him into the Advanced Class. Congratulations to all three of them!
