Club Evening – 2nd February 2016
The meeting coming up on Tuesday 2nd February is going to be an internal club evening, and is sure to offer something to a great number of members.
At a previous club evening some members expressed an interest in knowing more about some of the features in Photoshop, so we thought this would be a good opportunity to run through some of the functions using Photoshop Elements. In the first half of the evening, Betty and Tony Rackham have kindly agreed to demonstrate these for us, and there will, of course, be the chance for members to ask questions, which Betty and Tony (and any other experienced Photoshop user) will be happy to answer and demonstrate where they can.
In the second half of the evening, Steve Lobley is going to show us some of the very useful functions available in Adobe Lightroom, a great companion software package to Photoshop. Again, Steve will welcome questions and do his best to answer whatever queries members may have, to ensure we are all getting the best out of the software we have purchased.
Thanks go, in advance, to Steve, Betty and Tony for volunteering to help in this way, so make sure you all come along for a very informative and interesting evening. No matter what our current knowledge level of either Photoshop or Lightroom, we will all definitely learn something that will be useful in improving our photography, so put the date in your diary now.
