January Monthly Challenge – Circles and Squares
The January Monthly Challenge on the theme of Circles and Squares has now come to an end, and I was pleased to see how well supported it was, with a great range of photographs submitted. We had a total of 55 images from the 9 photographers who sent in their images. Here are a few of the ones I particularly liked.
But I think my overall favourite was Gerald Ponting’s Yes Please, but for all the wrong reasons!!!!
Once again, all the images were added to the Viewfinders Flickr site as soon as I could get them there after they were submitted, and they can all be viewed at https://www.flickr.com/photos/romseyviewfinders/ or via the ‘gallery’ tab on the Viewfinders website http://www.viewfinderscameraclub.org.uk/?page_id=123, and all of the previous months’ challenge images can still be viewed there, too.
I think you’ll agree that the images this month showed some interesting interpretation and observation. Thank you to everyone who got involved.
The February Monthly Challenge has already been announced on the blog, so take a look and start submitting your images as soon as possible. Thank you again for your interest and support, and don’t forget – if you have a Flickr account you can ‘fave’ images and post comments to members.
