Well the last SPF Slide competition has come and gone. Viewfinders did nearly all the work involved to run the day. The operation ran very smoothly. Full marks to all Viewfinders members who put in all their hard work. It resulted in a marvellous and enjoyable day.The Littleton Hall was full and after the super buffet all the attendees were full too.
Southampton won the event and Highcliffe & Infinity was second. Chichester was third. Terry Jamieson got the second placed slide with his photo of the Snakes Head first seen by us in November 2006; see HERE. The full results will be revealed on 17th Feb see HERE

BBQ 2007
The club had yet another very successful BBQ at George Marsh's place. The weather was ideal and this was surprising considering the wet conditions we have had recently. Lots of members and guests turned up for this annual event. We all ask how George manages to get such good weather year after year. We must also thank him for providing the BBQ stoves and the hot charcoals and tables and chairs. And his garden was a picture too as always. See a picture report here.
